A Premium Membership is a way to become part of the community and directly support the team, our tools and their future development. Websites have running costs, but the biggest cost of the content we build is time.

HellHades.com isn’t funded by HellHades’ Twitch or YouTube, so it needs to be self-sufficient. Advertising covers only a small part of the hours needed to grow the site, so Premium Memberships help fund its development.

As well as supporting the website, we repay your generosity wherever we can. The benefits you receive depend on your membership tier.

Some benefits are still under construction and may not be available straight away. Please treat them as rewards for supporting the site rather than paid services.

No. All of our content, articles, guides and other features are free for everyone. We don’t want to penalise anyone who can’t support the site financially, and simply using it and spreading the word helps us grow.

Occasionally we may gate products for paid members while they are tested and developed, then release them for general use once refined.

Premium features may be added or removed over time as we develop the optimiser. Current premium-only features include:

• Share a snapshot of your account with friends and clanmates (live sharing is free)

No. The Raid Optimiser is available to every member, free or paid. Core functionality will always be free, while some features stay exclusive to premium memberships.

Yes. The optimiser supports mobile and tablet users.

No. You can cancel at any time by managing your subscriptions on your account page. Your subscription renews one calendar month after the day you started.

We accept membership payments through PayPal and Stripe, so your payments are handled securely. You can check out as a guest or sign up for a free account. We don’t store any payment data on our website.

Yes. Most members choose monthly, but we also offer annual memberships. These are one-off upfront payments that need renewing manually at the end of the year.

All subscriptions support the growth and development of the website and its products. Please read our refund policy, also linked at the bottom of every page.

If you set up multiple payments by mistake, contact our team and we will refund any duplicate subscriptions.

Go to your Account and click Subscriptions to manage your memberships. If that doesn’t work, please contact our team at least 48 hours before your subscription renews.
