No, not at all. All of our content, articles, guides and other features are completely free for public use on the website. We do not want to penalise people who are not able to support the website financially. Simply by using the website and helping us spread the word about it, you are helping us grow.

However, there may be occasions where we gate certain products for paid members for testing and development. Over time we will release features for general use as they are tested and refined.

Use of the Raid Optimiser is available to any membership to the website, free or paid. Whilst core functionality will always remain free to use, certain features will remain a feature exclusive for premium memberships.

No, you can cancel at any time by cancelling your subscription by managing your subscriptions on your account page. Your subscription will be renewed 1 calendar month after the day that you started.

Currently, we are accepting membership payments through PayPal or through Stripe. This ensures your payments are managed in a secure manner. You are able to checkout as a guest or sign up for a free account. We do not store any payment data on our website.

All subscriptions to the website are to support the growth and development of the website and its products. Please read our refund policy here or at the bottom of every page.

If you set up multiple payments by mistake please contact our team and we will refund any duplicate subscriptions.

For most users, our monthly subscriptions is the more desirable option but we also offer the option to buy an annual membership. The annual memberships are upfront, one off payments, that require manual renewal at the end of the subscription period. We will continuously monitor and update our membership offerings when appropriate.
